I am a strong believer in this thought process. Coming from Buldhana district of Maharashtra, which is blessed by Shri Gajanan Maharaj (Shegaon) along with the blessings of Rajmata Jijau and under the guidance of my parents, I have learned the value of social service ( samajseva). Being from a political leadership and social service household I have been fortunate enough to be instilled with leadership values early in my childhood. Both of my parents have been political/community leaders who served various positions in state government and they always taught me how to be a good leader and be a societal influencer.

Both me and my husband Vijay Gayee are heavily involved in community work. We have 2 children. Pratik (29) is a Sr. Mobile Developer and was a Youth Delegate at IYAC (International Youth Advisory Congress). Piyush, Software - Product owner, very gifted and completed his double major engineering in 3 years, Computer Science and Mathematics. Both Pratik and Piyush have a 3rd degree black belt in martial arts.
