Founded Shivaji Maharaj Antarrashtriya Parivaar (SMAP) chapter in Dallas Fort Worth, TX (2022) using Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as a role model to promote harmony in the society and encourage leadership. SMAP-DFW celebrated Shiv Jayanti festival based on the Inspire & Learn theme on Sunday, March 20th, 2022. Lecture-discussion by Shree Parag Tope, great grandson of swarajya freedom fighter and leader Shree Tatya Tope on Hindavi Swarajya and Responsibility in the global world. Battle of Swarajya kids tournament, The Mawala game based on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's life events.

BMM UttarRang

BMM Chapter for 55+ NA Marathi community, managing BMM UR since the inception of weekly sessions from March 2020 to make Uttarang programs-online sessions successful.
Creating marketing material, protocol for hosting team to ensure smooth execution to market and run weekly sessions. Training new volunteers, team members and helping the audience to adopt technology. I have also introduced a plan to successfully carry out the first BMMUR online Shibir.
IAN India Association of Nebraska
It was an honor to be asked to work for IAN. I found it to be a very rewarding experience. I was elected as President Elect for 2019-2020.
Served as EC for India Association of Nebraska-Managed & led the team by collaborating, educating & maintaining the organization strategies, public relations. Supported Feed the hunger at Stephen Center, Sport day gift card donations also arranged counselor camps, fundraising for social causes - Houston flood & Kerala flood -2017-2018.

वृक्ष वल्ली आम्हां सोयरीं वनचरें । पक्षी ही सुस्वरें आळविती ।।
Our Mandal (Nebraska Marathi Mandal, Omaha, NE) initiative was started in 2016 and continues still. In every Mandal event we use biodegradable, compostable, unbleached tableware, cutlery. It was a good project for young volunteers to set up separate water stations to reuse water cups. For community involvement we request all Indian grocery stores to bring ONLY biodegradable Ganesh murtis. Our mandal used to set up Bappa's Visarjan in hindu temple, and our board members took turns to help devotees with Ganesh Visarjan. Big kudos to our board members & community for setting an example to care about mother earth.

Ganapati Bappa Morya!!!
Most fun event and huge cookout for Bappa's arrival and celebration is always thankful for our Hindu Temple to give us, Marathi community a chance to host/support one of the temple events GaneshChaturthi.
1200+ Devotees are fed every year with a very अस्सल Marathi menu, shrikhand-puri, batata bhaji, mataki chi usal, amati-bhat and green apple lonche everything from scratch. Pithle-bhat, papad will be for volunteer dinner on food prep day along with dhol-tasha dance. More we did, the more we all enjoyed..hats off to the 150+ volunteers and UNL students for their dedication and hard work.
